We were on our way home to Southern Missouri from Christmas with my wife's parents in Idaho. It was a bitterly cold day and our transmission in our 2008 Acadia gave out as we pulled off for lunch in Lincoln, NE. Certified Transmissions was recommended from a body shop. Our wagon gave completely out as we pulled in the drive late afternoon. Brad Varn had the shop verify that the transmission needed rebuilt and got one on order for next morning. Yes we were stranded in town for the night and next day but the young lady, Shelly Duba in the office helped us find a motel, mall, and transportation for our family of 3 young boys and baby girl. She very optimistically assured us we would be on the road soon. The next day Brad called us in the afternoon telling us it was almost finished. I picked it up before closing and were back on the road for home very early the next morning. Although it was unfortunate situation, we were very thankful we were able to work with Certified Transmissions and their speedy, helpful, and humorous team. The rebuilt transmission came with very good warranty and was competitively priced with other quotes we got. And no, we were unprepared for a cost like that during our travel so Shelly quickly got us approved for a 0 down, 0% 6 month loan which was an answer to prayers for us. Thanks again Brad and Shelly.
