On arrival at my daughter's in Lincoln, I told a friend of mine that I thought my transmission was failing and needed someone to look at it before returning to the East Coast. He told me to contact Keith at Certified Transmission. He was sure they could help. Today it is rare to find a transmission shop that treats a customer with real customer service. Keith treated me with EXCEPTIONAL service at a time when I was really at his mercy. I can only say that Keith went above and beyond what I expected, and I really appreciated his help.
