Our first experience with Certified is when my wife's 2009 Saturn Vue started to have transmission problems. We made an appointment with the Saturn dealership in Lincoln that we had used in the past and they could not get us in for 2 weeks. After two weeks they diagnosed the problem, offering us a new transmission at a cost of $5,700 with a 3-year warranty, and four weeks before we would have it back. We decided to take it to Certified Transmisson's place in Lincoln around 4:00 pm and Angie called me the next day confirming the diagnosis of transmission failure. Their cost for a replacement transmission was $4,400 with a 5-year warranty, with the same four weeks to get the transmission in and installed. Angie called me in two weeks telling me the vehicle was done and ready to be picked up. I simply can not say enough good things about Angie, Nathan, and the rest of their staff at this transmission shop in Lincoln. These folks care about their customers and are always keeping the customer informed about the progress. Please do not hesitate to give them a call if you have a transmission problem as you will not regret it!
